PRINCIPAL GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Dr. Ta has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering design and supervision. Achieving his PhD from the University of Sydney in 1997 he has had extensive experience working on several large scale projects all over Australia with particular expertise in numerical modelling for roads, retaining walls, pile foundations, ground improvements, railways, bridges, dams, deep and shallow foundations, drainages, pipelines, tunnels, slope stability, shoring/retaining structures, ground water modellings and mining projects. Dr. Ta also won the Professional Award for his Significant Paper: “Analysis of Piled Raft Systems in Layered Soil”, International Association for Computer Methods and Advances in Geomechanics, and is an expert of Finite Elements Modelling and analysis.

Dr. Sarrafi is an analytical and innovative Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the design of large-scale residential and commercial structures. Achieving his PhD in 2009 from the prestigious International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology Tehran Iran, he is an expert in lateral analysis and seismic behaviour of structures and has worked both in Iran and Australia on several large-scale developments. Dr. Sarrafi is an incredibly competent and practical engineer with an excellent understanding of higher level design philosophy and possesses a deep understanding of Finite Elements Modelling and analysis.

Dr Sena Cardoso holds a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from The Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal) and a PhD in Structural Engineering from The University of Sydney. His professional portfolio includes the design of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects located in Europe, Africa and Australia. Dr Sena Cardoso is a highly motivated and efficient professional with a results-oriented mentality that likes to tackle complex problems and deliver holistic high-performance solutions, and he possesses a deep understanding of Finite Elements Modelling and analysis.

Dr. Yuan is a gifted engineer with exceptional skill in numerical analysis, numerical modelling, structural design and data management. Achieving her PhD in 2017 from the University of New South Wales, her broad range of research experience has seen her work published and presented at multiple international conferences. Dr. Yuan possess a solid understanding of engineering design and Finite Elements Modelling and analysis.

SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Dr. Xiang has a high achieving academic background with solid understanding of structural engineering philosophy and his work has been published in multiple international journals and presented at several international engineering conferences. Dr. Xiang was awarded his PhD in 2017 from the University of New South Wales and is a dedicated, self-motivated engineer who is incredibly strong at solving complex design problems and excellent at communicating his ideas effectively and possess a deep understanding of Finite Elements Modelling and analysis.

DRAFTING MANAGER | SENIOR STRUCTURAL DRAFTSPERSON

Senior Structural Draftsperson with over 10 years’ experience preparing structural documentations for a variety of large scale developments ranging from residential modifications to multi-storey high-rise structures. Simon has a keen eye for detail and possesses a thorough understanding of the construction process and how the relevant BCA, governing authorities and accepted industry standards impact both the engineering design and documentation.
